Beef and Spinach Noodle Stir Fry
Searing sirloin beef, crisp vegetables, and chewy udon noodles are tossed in a savory garlic-ginger sauce for a satisfying, nutrient-dense stir-fry that comes together in just 25 minutes.
Ingredients :
480g Sirloin steak, sliced thinly
4 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp grated root ginger
2 Tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
400g udon noodles
1 onion, sliced
¼ red cabbage, finely shredded
1 bunch spinach, shredded
½ red pepper, finely sliced
Directions:
In a bowl, combine steak, oyster sauce, ginger, soy sauce and garlic. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat oils in a non stick pan and sauté steak until lightly browned.
While the steak is cooking, heat the noodles according to packet instructions.
Add onion and red cabbage to the pan and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
Just before serving, add spinach and stir through. Serve, using the red pepper as garnish.
